The E63 by Diamond elliptical represents an advanced and versatile machine for training, it is self-powered and does not require a connection to the 220V network. Characterized by an elegant design and reliable components, thanks to the sturdy frame it is able to support a user with a maximum weight of 170 kg. The stride length of 56 cm allows a deep stride stimulating the lower limbs, also involving the glutes and femoral muscles. The possibility of training all the limbs in a synchronized way (upper vs lower) makes it particularly effective as a simulator of the step-push in cross-country skiing. The E63 console is modern and intuitive, allows a precise reading of the training parameters, offering stimuli to users of all levels.
