READ AND ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS OF ASSISTANCE
The assistance service is active from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm.
The request will be taken care of and processed within 7 working days.
The machines purchased at the Wellness Point are guaranteed for 12 months, in the first three months the intervention is free of charge, after the three months they will be recognized under warranty as electrical spare parts or defective components.
The warranty refers to electrical and mechanical parts, excluding parts subject to wear, such as sliding strips, boards, plastic parts, steel cables, padding. Also excluded from the warranty are damages caused by negligence and carelessness on the part of the user.
It should also be noted that, for cardio machines, will require an electrical system, in accordance with the standards listed behind the contract delivered to you at the time of purchase.
The guarantee is completely free of charge in the first three months after purchase, after the three months must be paid, to the technician, at the end of the intervention
- Right to call: 50.00 euro
- Technical hour: 35.00 euro + iva.
