The new JK 524 indoor bike was created to confirm the JK home fitness mid-range offering while improving performance over the previous range, with decidedly more modern and sporty lines thanks to the new total black matt-glossy look.
Technical features
The new JK 524 is a mid-range magnetic spin bike in the home fitness world with the fixed-gear silenced belt drive equipped with a major inertial system with a flywheel mass of 20 kg (balanced flywheel) and a 16.5 cm crank, which allow a smooth and uncertainty-free pedaling at all gaits. Effort adjustment is via a manual selector control with “millimeter” resistance that also acts as an emergency brake in case of sudden stops in pedaling by the user. For good comfort, the JK 524 indoor bike has 12-position saddle height adjustment (leg size 74.5 cm to 90.5 cm) and 7.5 cm depth adjustment, and the handlebars have 8-position height adjustment and 6 cm depth adjustment. These adjustments allow every user to always find the correct position in the saddle, even very tall people! The racing saddle design, anatomical and with central hole, helps and improves the feeling on board for all people, ensuring comfortable and long pedaling without any particular discomfort. The non-slip iron racing pedal with foot stopper strap helps maintain proper shoe support during all phases of pedaling, even the most intense ones.
Training monitoring
The cycle-computer with multi-information LCD display built into the console with a tilt-adjustable mobile phone/tablet holder allows you to keep track of all ride parameters such as: time, distance, speed, RPM, calories, watts, heart rate. The JK 524 gym bike is equipped with a sensor in the console to detect the user's heart rate via the heart rate monitor during more intense cardio training sessions; the heart rate monitor is optional to be purchased separately.

The sturdy steel frame of the JK 524 rests on wide outriggers with four non-slip feet (rear self-leveling) allows it to support a maximum user weight of 130 kg, while at the front there are two transport wheels, which allow easy movement of the JK 524 spin bike from one room to another.
