The new JK 144 treadmill was created to confirm the medium home fitness range by making an up-grade in performance and comfort over previous models thanks to the new more contemporary and stylish look.
Technical features
The JK 144 is a mid-range electric treadmill in the home fitness world equipped with a powerful 3.25 HP motor with a maximum peak of 4.25 HP that allows it to reach a speed of 22 km/h, with adjustment in one-step increments of 0.1 km/h. The JK 144 is equipped with a 20-step electric incline, allowing up to a 12 percent incline for stimulating uphill walks. For maximum user-friendliness, the JK 144 is equipped with a set of quick-control buttons for speed and incline, which are practical for having the user make sudden changes in performance without distraction. The large running surface of 48 x 149 cm, with 1.6 mm thick anti-slip tape, allows comfortable workouts in complete safety, thanks in part to the comfort flex system cushioning system with 4 X-shaped elastomers, which manages to limit small microshocks due to foot impact during walking and running.
Workout monitoring
The control panel of the new JK 144 is divided into two distinct elements; a large console with 5 white LED displays and an 8 x 16 pxl graphic matrix to keep track of all cardio workout parameters such as: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, n° steps, heart rate, graphic matrix for program profile display; and a multifunctional, start-stop secondary console and display with dual white LEDs showing time, distance, calories, incline and speed. The JK 144 treadmill is equipped with two built-in receivers: for connecting one's electronic devices (APP, social and music); and 5.3 kH for heart rate detection via the chest strap offered as standard.
Customization
The JK 144 treadmill adapts perfectly to each user's needs and requirements, it is equipped with a range of programs to make each workout completely personalized! It comes with: 1 manual program where all functions are fully managed by the user at all times; 3 target programs with pre-determined goals for a time, distance, calorie consumption; 70 pre-set programs with combined variation between speed and incline; user-determined HRC target of personal heart rate; 5 User programs that can be customized by the user himself, meaning you have to set each individual program step by determining speed and incline; 1 body fat test, useful for understanding your body mass index.
Interactive workout
The console is equipped with two HI-FI audio speakers, two water bottle/object compartments, a USB audio input, audio jack input, and a USB output for charging one's devices during the workout. It is possible to connect some fun Apps to make training sessions interactive, such as: Zwift, Kinomap (subscriptions not included).
Convenience and comfort
The JK 144 is a foldable treadmill. Its sturdy steel frame (73 kg) allows use by people weighing up to 130 kg; the foldable “space-saving” structure allows the treadmill to take up less space when not in use (in use 185 x 78 x 142 cm; closed 112 x 78 x 164 cm); included are 2 transport wheels that make it easy to move the equipment from one room to another.
