The new JK 184 treadmill rightfully enters the top of the home fitness range with improved technical features compared to the previous range, all set in a more modern and elegant context.

Technical features

The JK 184 is a high-end electric treadmill in the home fitness world, equipped with a professional 4.0 HP AC (alternating current) motor with a maximum peak of 7.0 HP, which allows a speed of 22 km/h, with adjustment in one-step increments of 0.1 km/h. The JK 184 is equipped with a 15-step electric incline, which allows it to reach a maximum incline of 15 %. For maximum user convenience, the JK184 is equipped with a set of quick buttons for speed and incline to make immediate performance changes without distraction. The large running surface of 54 x 160 cm, with a 2.5 mm thick belt, allows for comfortable workouts in complete safety, thanks also to the comfort flex system cushioning, which is able to limit the small micro-shocks caused by foot impact during running/ walking.

Workout monitoring

The control panel of the new JK 184 consists of a large console with 8 white LED displays and an 8 x 16 pxl graphic matrix to monitor all cardio training parameters such as: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, number of steps, heart rate, and graphic matrix for displaying programme profile. The JK 184 treadmill is equipped with two integrated receivers to allow the detection of external sources such as: electronic devices (for connecting to APPs, social networks and music); and 5.3 kH for precise heart rate readings using the heart rate belt offered as standard.

Customisation

The JK 184 per treadmill is designed to be a cardio machine at the service of the user. The presence of customisable programmes make it perfect for those looking for a treadmill that suits their needs and requirements. It comes with: 1 manual programme where all functions are entirely managed by the user at all times; 3 target programmes with pre-determined objectives to achieve a duration in minutes, a distance in km and a calorie consumption; 18 pre-set programmes with the combined variation between speed and inclination; 3 HRC with a target of 60% 90% or a target determined by the user of the personal heart rate; 3 User programmes that can be customised by the user himself, i.e., each individual step of the programme must be set by determining speed and inclination; 1 body fat test, useful for understanding one's body mass index.

Interactive workout

The console is equipped with two HI-FI wireless audio speakers, two water bottle/object compartments, a USB audio input, an audio jack input, and a USB output for recharging one's own devices during training. It is possible to connect some fitness apps to make training sessions more motivating and fun, such as: Zwift, Kinomap (subscriptions not included).

Practicality and comfort

The JK 184 is a folding treadmill. Its solid steel frame (123 kg) allows people weighing up to 160 kg to use it; the foldable ‘space-saving’ structure reduces the footprint of the treadmill when not in use (in use 199 x 92 x 149 cm; folded 119 x 92 x 167 cm); it also comes with 4 transport wheels that make it easy to move the equipment from one room to another.
