This machine involves the entire lower limb musculature. The large, multi-angle footplate offers the possibility of performing a wide variety of exercises. The cam, housed inside the footplate, has been designed with the aid of REV technology to ensure optimal load distribution. The angle of the backrest reproduces the squat position, so as to minimise the vertical load. The angle between the footplate and the sliding track ensures that the hip flexors are involved.
